Doula Services

Doula services offered in Utah and Salt Lake counties. My doula package:

-2 Prenatal visits
-Personalized birth education
-Pain relieving techniques to use during labor
-Essential oil therapy if desired
-Support throughout labor and birth
-Breastfeeding support
-A postpartum visit

I love being a doula.  The experience of a new life coming into the world is so beautiful.  I want every mom to be able to have a positive birth experience, to be educated on her birth options, and be able to enjoy her baby. Please email me with questions or to request an interview.
